Gales Creek

Gales Creek

Times have been tough on Gales Creek, named for pioneer Joseph Gale—fur trapper, ship captain, and a member of the first provisional government—who came to Oregon in 1834 with the Ewing Young party and settled here along a tributary of the Tualatin River.
